Welcome to the OSA Team!

Overall set up takes approximately 7-10 days. Please note the following steps to get going!

Step 1: Tier One Appointment

1- Obtain Tier One Aflac Access through Aetna. Email OSA if you lose the reference token or the application link has expired. 

Step 2: Additional Carrier Appointments

2- You'll receive a welcome email from our partner YIG (Your Insurance Group) who will be sending you individual carrier appointments for additional carriers. 


  • AIG - Corebridge  (You will need a voided check and to have E&O)
  • Transamerica 


  • NOTE: We have many other carriers available.
