With a career spanning over two decades, David Hannant commenced his journey in the insurance industry in 2001 in Portland, Oregon, serving as an independent Aflac Agent. Over the course of his illustrious 22-year tenure, he has held leadership positions in various regions, including Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho and Arkansas. Most recently, he served as the National Director of Sales for Tier One Insurance, overseeing sales in the Consumer Markets Division for Aflac.
David brings extensive expertise to the table, particularly in the realms of group benefits, ancillary insurance, property and casualty, as well as senior markets and life insurance. His strategic acumen and leadership have played pivotal roles in the success and growth of organizations under his guidance.
A committed professional and family man, David has been married for 26 years and is the proud father of four children.
Paul has always been passionate about leading, coaching, and developing teams and individuals. He started his career in the insurance industry over 20 years ago in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Paul has always been passionate about leading, coaching, and developing teams and individuals. He started his career in the insurance industry over 20 years ago in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He found success in both sales and sales leadership serving in multiple sales leadership roles across the country. Most recently, Paul served for nearly 10 years as the Director of the Aflac Oregon sales team.
Paul’s experience and knowledge in operations, leadership, and sales has enabled him to grow and lead teams in the ancillary and life insurance marketplace.
Outside of his work, Paul spends as much time as possible playing and coaching his 4 children and enjoying time with his wife of over 18 years.

In 2017 Jesse founded OSA as a key part in helping business leaders choose insurance and health benefits and aid in enrollments. One of the best results was in facilitating interactions with field representatives and business owners. He focuses now on helping agents grow their own careers by more effectively delivering products and services.
When he's not working, Jesse enjoys spending time with his 3 kids, dog and his wife of 22 years.
